It was a "one and done" interview; I was hired the same day I interviewed. I didn't experience many unexpected questions but some challenged me. The tone of the interview was relaxed, which I appreciated because I felt that they interviewed the "real me" instead of the more nervous version of me who walked through the door. Werner definitely has a down to earth culture which was reflected well in this interview. I was pleased to be offered a position to join the team.
