In person interview at a career fair and then 1 interview over skype. We had several online tests to take and personality tests. Heard back with an offer in about 2 weeks.

Very laid back interview process. I spoke with a recruiter briefly, and she advanced me forward to have a second interview with company management. My second interview was laid back and very casual as well.
