back when I was hired, I went to company office and was interviewed by Human Resource lady. I had sent in my resume and was called within 1 week. Background check was done before interview. So I was given an offer 2 days after interview. My salary was higher than average due to prior experience. But as the years went by, pay did not go up very much.

Multiple step interview process with both the GM and District management. Asking about experience and availability. The interviews are pretty easy and not very formal. It does help to dress nicely though.

Interview started late and the whole process seemed very dismissive. I was very enthusiastic at the opportunity but it seemed like they were doing the interview because they had to.

They looked at my resume and we went it that and told me a little about the position and what they expect and found out a little about me. I have to do the unboarding process next
