Went pretty smooth. They just want to make sure you can handle stress and a huge turnover rate basically. This pre qual is totally up to regional, and if they feel you're a good fit, they can push you through without further approval.

Entretien
Had initial face-to-face interview after brief phone call. They was 30 minutes late. Interview lasted an hour, with questions from a sheet being asked and written down. Called a few days later to ask for a second interview on Zoom with head of ops. Set time & date however they then asked this to be moved to the day afterwards. This was fine, however a few hours before interview I told them I had not yet received the link for the call. They didn’t get back to me till day after apologising and saying they’ll give me a call to rearrange for another day. 3 weeks later - no call, no interview, not interested anymore anyway as completely unprofessional.

Overall, I was pleased with the interview process. Hiring manager was open about requirements to fill the position and offered thoughtful answers to my questions. Would recommend to be prepared for many behavioral questions.
