I walked in with the GM and sat down. We talked. They asked all their required questions. Took a while to get ahold of the Gm in order to be interviewed.

In store with regional manager it was pretty easy. It wasn’t a panel interview. They didn’t ask a lot of questions just a few about my resume. I was overqualified for the position so I did not get hired on.

Straightforward process. Asked basic "what would you do" question given some scenarios. They are looking to make sure you understand how to manage a team equitably and fairly. Overall an easy interview experience.
