Applied online, was called very shortly thereafter, interview with general manager was more like a conversation, was hired on the spot. I'm adding additional words simply because Glassdoor requires that I add additional words.

Question 1
I was asked what I did outside of work. Other than that, it seemed as though the GM was really trying to sell me on the benefits of working for this particular Wendy's franchise. Since I needed income, the hard sell worked.

Entretien
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
