Very brief. More feeling you out than asking hard questions. The management is simply trying to find out of the employee will be responsible and reasonable. Nothing too difficult here.
Quick and easy. Only 15 mins. They asked a few questions and showed the menu. They also talked about customers and how long you have to serve them. They also talked about prep and kitchen stuff.
