Easy they ask you simple questions it’s easy to get a job here as a high school student you don’t need an extensive resume or prior work experience it may have changed I interviewed here in 2018 though
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
The interview was very unprofessional. The hiring manager who was interviewing me was very rude in rushing throughout the interview. After the interview, I did not hear back for several weeks until I called them again.
