The initial experience with the HR was fine, the HR reached out to me. The first round was an phone call, a simple short written test, if you pass you get a proctored exam. I followed up but HR never replied after the proctored exam. I mean, even people failed and you do not intend to move forward with them, at least let them know and thank candidates for their time ? I found the ignorance unprofessional.
