I applied on line. Weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter. We had a phone interview. Two more weeks went by before I was contacted again. They invited me to do a face to face interview.
Applied on Wellstar website. Had a quick phone interview where she asked my availability and then invited me to come in for an interview. It was a panel interview with the director, hiring manager, and team leader.

Applied online got called back within two days interviewed..accepted offer. Had to email references so that they could describe the type of person I am. Had to do a drug test and got called to say I was hired
