I submitted an application on careers.wellstar.org, and received a call from a Talent Acquisition Consultant (recruiter) who asked me about my qualifications, why I wanted to work at Wellstar, my availability, etc. She scheduled me for an interview to take place two days later. In the interview, I met with the unit's nurse manager, who asked me a few questions about my experience, how I handle situations, and more. After discussing the role and it's qualifications, we finished the interview. I received notice that I would be hired, got my offer letter the next day, and started about a week and a half later.
