Several interviews, all give you the impression they are interested, go back into the profile and it shows interviewed, not selected. It's very irritating and I will not go on anymore interviews with Wellstar. I guess it's true gotta know someone to get in. I've been well qualified at all interviews, easy questions and to the point. Very disappointing. I'm still being contacted very from different offices.

In my opinion Fast, friendly, & efficient turn around time from the first interview to start date. Clear communication & expectations. Time between first interview to second interview happened pretty quickly.
