I applied online several times and was contacted about a month later by phone. I was asked to come in for a interview scheduled approx. a month after that with management. After this I had a peer interview with nurses who already worked in the particular unit I had applied for. I was contacted by phone about a week later and sent an official offer letter shortly after.

I had an in person interview with the unit manager as new grad. It was straight forward and they asked me questions about myself, why I chose nursing, where do I see myself in several years, how do I handle stress, why that specific unit, etc

It was great and I enjoyed meeting everyone on the floor and other leaders in the system. It was an awesome awesome experience. I would like to see more interviews like this.

The process was very easy. This interview took place during Covid. I was happy to get the job. The interview process was super easy. They interview was less than 20 minutes.
