Wellspring hired an external search firm to help with the hiring process, so I initially interviewed with the search consultant. When I passed the first screening, the team asked me to complete a pretty extensive questionnaire that would help paint a good picture of my skill sets and background. I then interviewed with the team at Wellspring. The process was straightforward, though the timeline constantly shifted.

The interview process was lengthy. I applied through a recruiting agency and had two interviews of 40 minutes each with them before talking to the team (program director and senior program officer). The third interview was about 1 hour long. Overall, the process took about 3 months.
