I have passed the 1st round interview over the phone, it was 30 minutes long. Interviewers ask very general questions related to the job and my status here in usa. I have answered all the questions as per my personal history, and also asked about my experience.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
