Be prepared to talk a lot. Come with stories ready from prior job experiences. They want to hear about how you dealt with certain situations to gauge how you are as a worker. My interview lasted well over half an hour. I was interviewed by the branch manager & a banker. They were professional but also small talked with me which added levity & put me more at ease. I also asked a few thoughtful questions towards the end which they said made me stand out, like “I also like to get to know my supervisors; what would you say is your management style?” “What are your expectations from me as a teller with no prior experience?”
