Entretien
The interviewers are required to ask a lot of STAR questions; the interview is more formal than it is conversational. The first round with the recruiter is on the phone, but later interviews will be through Microsoft Teams. It took a while to hear back from the recruiter throughout the process. Rejection emails after the second stage are sent through an instant email template on the system

Tell me about a time when you experienced a conflict at work, and how did you handle it?
It was a screener call, a general situational interview, and a prepared product presentation. Overall it was very standard and if you are prepared with general knowledge and experience you should be fine
The interview process was relaxed, honest, and genuine. Interviewer discussed many goals, initiatives, and challenges. The environment was relaxed, with a myriad of people in the office. Felt very comfortable.
