Initial phone interview with Human Resources. Followed by an in person interview with a 3 person panel. 2 people from the team that is hiring and another manager from a different team to offer perspective.
I got promoted from within so it was an easy interview process with my manager. Easy to apply on their website only thing is they use AI to wean down their applications so make sure your resume has wording that is in the list of qualifications
