For the Wells Fargo PM job, I had 3 interviews -the initial, a panel of higher-level PMO team members, and then one on one with the hiring manager. It was ok, everyone was professional, and they led the entire time. I had the chance to tell my stories to address their questions adequately. The waiting to hear back about whether I had gotten the job took a very long time, however - about four months as I recall.

They used the STAR method so it was very situational throughout the panel. Some interviewers were more engaged than others, and now having worked there and left, I know how busy everyone's work schedule is there. People are booked in back-to-back meetings so the level of distraction is high - they likely haven't had a break, their phone is ringing, they need to use the facilities etc.
It was a screener call, a general situational interview, and a prepared product presentation. Overall it was very standard and if you are prepared with general knowledge and experience you should be fine
The interview process was relaxed, honest, and genuine. Interviewer discussed many goals, initiatives, and challenges. The environment was relaxed, with a myriad of people in the office. Felt very comfortable.
