The interview process was three step, one with manager, one with team Architect and one with all team members.
It was more of causal discussion and questions in between and more like what I've done in the past.

one hour of telephonic Interview with four to five members in panel. Asked a lot of questions though the job doesn't require that much skill. first prime vendor contacted with the opportunity and later interview took place.
