Got interview invite by consultant. Interview was scheduled after discussion and 2 round before the HR was supposed to happen as per discussion. 1st round(technical ) happened on Saturday followed by techno-managerial on Sunday. The Sunday interview was preponed in the last minute as the other candidate for the given slot did not appear. Monday got the call from HR 10:30 PM and the HR apologised for calling at an abrupt hour of the day and asked for another round of managerial round. When I asked that I was told that there would be 2 round before HR then why this no clear answer was given. Tuesday evening I had another round scheduled for 30mins in which the same questions from round 2 were repeated not sure why.

1. Online Assessment
2. Online Interview
3. Managerial Interview
4. Inperson interview as per their policy
5. Online HR round (compensation discussion)
Their compensation team did not consider RSU though it is part of CTC and HR tried to lowball. They were not ready to negotiate the compensation at all and were giving 50% hike on the base.
Even though I was earning more than what they offered me.
I declined as I did not like the behaviour of HR.
I would suggest them ask the expectations earlier and if they dont have the budget dont proceed with interview and waste candidates time.
