Recruitment HR's are very efficient, Process was very simple
1. Call from HR confirming details, etc.
2. Technical Rounds
Though I went for QA4 position which is equivalent to Lead, after going through my skills panel gave feedback that I am more suitable for QA5 position also If I am okay I can join QA4.
This is very rare, managers/ Interview panel is actually looking for the best of candidates skill rather than just to cut their pain by filling the position.
Now I am waiting for QA5 position to open.
