phone interview- 4-5 general customer service questions then theyll invite you to a group interview from the 10 or so people in the group interview only 2 will make it to the regional interview its a 4 hour event were they send you thru 5-6 different managers with different titles from store manager to district manager and HR people... from the 20 people that go thru this process w you only 5 will get the job.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
