After returning a call a woman sets up a date for a phone interview. On the day of the phone interview a lady answers and was very nice but I began to "choke" during the process which I know kept me from going further to an onsite interview.

Do you have collection experience? Pretty easy to get a job at Wells Fargo Auto Finance. They constantly need collectors. So if you have any sort of collection experience, they will take you.
It was quite easy going. The hiring managers were very easy going and it made the interview very fluid. I enjoyed the view from the building, mountains that were covered with snow.

3 different interviews. Simple enough questions that were all majority customer service base. One interview was on the phone, one was with the supervisor, one was with the manager.
