Phone interview with recruiter, interview with management and business consultant, interview with regional president. Each one week apart. Wasn’t able to accommodate my schedule so I had to make time at all costs.

Star format, with follow up questions. Very thorough and detail oriented. Tell me about a time a teammate wasn’t doing things right and what did you do.
Very smooth, easy process. The one thing I’d change is receiving feedback after the interview. I didn’t hear back from either manager that interviewed me. This would be helpful for future interviews.
The interview process is in the STAR format which was different than any other interview but I believe because of this interview it has allowed me to think of how to answer differently when in an interview. S=Situation( what was the situation)

You first start off with a screening by recruiter and move to a face interview if screening is passed. Interview are scenario based question and must be answered with specific examples
