I was contacted for a phone screen and came in for an in person interview with four different people. Overall, this was a very negative experience. One interviewer spent more than half an hour speaking about how people on MassHealth were lazy and simply didn't want to work and that the state should not be subsidizing healthcare for lazy people. I found this to be deeply troubling, as most of their insurance plans cover people who are receiving MassHealth. I had no interest in working for a place that has such a negative view of their customers. This completely changed my view of the organization and I would never choose to work there.
