The interview process at Well Pharmacy was structured and professional. It began with a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview where my knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities were assessed. The interviewer asked scenario-based questions to evaluate how I would handle real-life situations in the pharmacy. Overall, the experience was positive, and the team made me feel comfortable while assessing my fit for the role.
