Two rounds of interviews. Behavioral at first and technical questions next. Behavioral was rather long. And the technical part touched on many aspects but short on each question. In general it was quite normal and friendly.

Application, OA, Phone Screen, First round, Second round, Virtual onsite (2-3 interviews). It was very friendly and happened in a timely manner. Got the sense that Weiss highly values intellectual thought and the ability to rationalize decisions
