J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Weis Markets (Camp Hill, PA) en mai 2010
Entretien
There isnt much to say on how i was interviewed. I submitted an application and then 2 weeks later like the manager forgot I existed I got a phone call at 7 in the morning asking for me to be there at noon. I came in and took a drug screening with such lovely questions like "Have you ever taken opium?" After the actual interview which only required me to smile and talk, i then took a grueling 6 HOUR orientation and learned how satanic unions were.

Do you expect yourself to work here the rest of your life? *This was actually a question*
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Weis Markets (Damascus, MD) en déc. 2013

Went really well, was a friendly experience. They talk to you like you are an equal and not under them. They kept it personal but not prying, but were a little vague on job description and things like that. I met my future boss and her assistant and they showed me where I would be working in the store. Weis gives you a bare bones training and you have to ask a lot of questions. If you don't you'll regret it later. It is a place where you have to make the effort to learn your job.
