I was called for an interview and set up a day and time. The interview consisted of an introduction to some members of the corporate HR team, a brief inquiry into my job history, and I was then handed two Weis employee shirts. The store had just bought the previous store so I had interviewed during their overhaul transition process before opening and they needed bodies for opening.

Quick and simple, the managers were really friendly. The onboarding training wasn't too difficult to learn either, and my coworkers have been a blast to work with. The shadowing was rather simple, and it's been easy to ask questions.
