I met a recruiter at a job fair. Some weeks later I got a call and had a short interview over the phone going over some things on my resume. Then they flew me out for a face to face interview. Mostly asked me behavioral questions.

Entretien
I applied online and few weeks later receive a phone called from the HR asking a few questions. Then they proceed to tell me that their will be an email coming in a few weeks to schedule an interview. The interview was conducted in Fort Worth, TX and it was a group interview (about 20 people or more). It was an onsite interview that lasted about 4 hours and you get to tour their warehouse.

Didn't have an interview process. This was a college- coordinated internship program. The internship was for 6 months and each student was assigned a company based on their final allotment from their choice of ten or more companies.
