The process: 1 screen interview with Recruiter, 1 super day with 4 person team. The conversations went well and I was super excited to join the team. At the end of the superday was the promise of a follow up of next steps in the coming days to then be ghosted with no follow up or feedback. The interviews themselves were great, the team was engaged and the mission sounded awesome but ghosting a candidate after 4 back to back rounds is a very poor candidate experience and I expected more from a company that highlights its awards as best places to work.
Entretien
I recently interviewed for an assistant manager position. The process took about 3 weeks. I had a recruiter screen followed by a 2-hour in-person interview with 4 team members. All of the conversations were pleasant, but unfortunately, I was ghosted by the organization. This is my first time being ghosted by a company after an interview, and it left a bad taste in my mouth as a candidate. During the interview, the recruiter let me know they weren't interviewing many people at this stage, so I would have appreciated some communication. I did not even get a rejection letter.
