I did a phone interview first, It was only 30 minutes and pretty easy. very simple questions it went by pretty quickly and I got scheduled for an in person interview soon.
Sat at the café, got asked to talk about myself, got asked standard interview questions. A lot of "what would you do" questions regarding customer service, how you would problem-solve, what is your demeanor like, how do you do in teams, etc.
