Multiple interviews (phone and in-person) trying to screen for commitment to staying with the company and experience with or thoughts behind customer service. A family-owned company with a desire to keep up the family feel in the store. Most all questions asked were consistent with those submitted on this site, some repeated between interviews.
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
