Unorganized even by grocery store standards. Had several over the phone interviews and one in person. Through the interview they kept saying how work life blance is a cornerstone value to the company. They said they acommodate parents avliablity. Then when you get to the final interview everything changes. Managers are required to have a on call full time availability. Making it impossible for parents of young children to be considered.

On site interview with department manager and HR representative. Questions primarily related to former experience and how I would handle issues in the store. Basic job description was provided. Looking to fill flexible hours, but needed someone available for late night shift.
