First you do a a 20-30 minute phone interview, then you interview with the head HR coordinator and then you interview with the manager of the department they think you will work best in. The whole process takes about 3-4 weeks.
Apply online. In a few days I received a message to schedule a phone interview. Then you are scheduled for a video interview or in person interview with the hiring team.

interview process was great and provided great information regarding the company and culture set by the wegmans brand. I think this company truly cares for what they stand for and it reflects in the employees who run the operations

Interview was handled by the employee advocate and one of the head chefs of the store. Basic experience questions, able to work in an environment where you do stuff, etc etc.
