Got a call and did an interview over the phone. They asked questions and typed my responses into a computer. Some of the questions were pretty hard and I didn't know what to say off the cuff. The position was for a part-time helping hands position but it was pretty brutal to be honest. I don't think the questions would have been any different than if I had been applying for a management position. I was hoping they would hire me on the phone but they said they'd get back to me.

Hiring Process total took 15 days. I got a call back a day after I applied to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview they said they would call back in 1-2 weeks to let me know if they wanted to proceed with me. The next day I got a call to schedule an in person interview. After I did this interview they told me again in 1-2 weeks they would get back to me. 2 days later they offered me the position.

Going into the application and interview process I was unsure what to expect. After the first initial phone interview I knew that Wegmans employees are caring individuals. The in person interview was a welcoming and engaging experience.

Thorough HR interview which goes over morals and values primarily. A good start and the people at the top are very caring and helpful. They will hire most people as long as they are good people.
