Interview was typical, they do it in the front end of the store. They were impressed I had a resume. Asked very customer service based questions like "what would you do if a customer...?" They may also ask you to mentally make change if applying for a cashier position.

It was an easy and quick call over the phone, and then an in-person behavioral. They just want to see how you would act in stressful situations, and what your previous job experience looks like.

2 stage interview process, first a phone screening followed by a in person interview. It’s giving usually by two HR reps and takes about thirty minutes to complete. All the responses are documented.
First a phone interview then a in person interview with usually a manger and HR rep. They ask a lot of question about your personality to see if you're a fit for the company and a nice person.
