when summit the resume, the manager contact me via email to schedule an interview. it was 1:1 interview with manager with lots of question on basic logistics operation and it was pretty interesting. Then the manager asked personal question about my personality (ex. pros and cons about myself) the interview was comfortable and they had decent office.
