It’s pretty ridiculous. They have you in a room with four people and ask you stupid questions that don’t even pertain to the job. Most of the interviewees don’t even have prior experience in leadership and you can tell. They don’t tell you their RIDICULOUSLY UNATTAINABLE PRODUCTION RATE

It was quick, basic questions, very young manager, easy going. Alot of younger people related environment. I enjoyed my interview process. It seems like a very competitive place if you want to grow but if you are in it to work a fast pace job and make good money it looks like a decent place.
