Recruiter sets up a 40 min video call with me then decides to ghost me. After I get an automated rejection email i followed up with another email for feedback. No response.
Then another recruiter contacts me randomly on LinkedIn for another manager position. I point out that I just interviewed but never got any feedback. The recruiter said that I should followup with the first recruiter for feedback.
Hi there, I am terribly sorry to learn about this. We have multiple temporary people helping us out at the moment due to an influx of both roles and applicants, and it seems like that had something to do with it. Not an excuse but an explanation. Due to the nature of Glassdoor, I unfortunately have no way to follow up with you personally but I do want to thank you for your feedback and will look into this further.
