Entretien
First interview was Microsoft teams and then was brought to the facility for an in person interview followed by a couple of tests to gauge your knowledge of electronics. The interview was very thorough and went very well. I made a perfect score on their test, but I was not made an offer because I was related to an employee they didn't like. This seemed very immature and judgemental to assume that just because two people are related they must be exactly alike. I kindly asked for feedback on my interview, but was never given a response.

Entretien
You will do a phone screening with the department that is interested in you. Once completed if it goes well they will bring you in to the company for a face to face interview where you will meet with three or four of the employees and get to ask all the questions you want and they give you a tour of the beautiful facility. There is a short test on basic mechanical and electrical knowledge and if all goes well you will receive a call with a job offer from the HR department.
