First interview was in person for 30 minutes. 2nd interview was 10 minutes and asked to provide actual leads (cold call opportunities) and provide write up via email. I was told to expect a follow up call with a decision the following week. Total waste of time. I provided leads and No follow up. For the record, legit companies would not ask candidates to work for free or cold call leads prior to making an offer.
