Interview process was very vague, There is a hiring team sitting Poland, She does not understand how Canadian companies work. Not the best experience. It was very confusing in the end.

Direct questions with main focus on the role, no a confusing and twisted question. Pleasant and businesslike tone from interviewer. All in all, good experience, sadly, I didn't make it to the next stage.
