Company has a pretty extensive interview process but are upfront about it from the beginning. The interviewer does thorough research on candidate and really tries to get to know you. Most questions are personality based (ex. how you handle certain situations) and there is a Test Gorilla assessment.

Multi-stage interview process that starts with an introductory phone call and then progresses to several video calls to get a feel for the fit. Everyone was super nice and the questions were relatively straightforward.
