The interview process felt rushed and poorly structured. I was given just 24 hours to complete a case study that requested confidential documents from my current job—an unreasonable ask. Scheduling was inflexible, with only a single 2-hour slot for the next round. The interview itself felt disengaged, with the team lead reading generic questions from a script. Ultimately, it seemed like they were fishing for free consulting rather than genuinely evaluating candidates. The lack of transparency about the reporting structure was another red flag. Overall, a disappointing experience

The first round was a very short call by phone. Recruiter was going through a list of questions that I had to answer about the experience I had with different tools like confluence, Jira and Amplitude.
