one hour on site interview for manufacturing engineer with two ppl interviewing back to back on resume, experience and all. Later they have taken me to trip of their manufacturing unit. Its a small unit. But they have showed me their procedure of work in process inventory and have asked me by showing few bottlenecks like manufacturing time and have asked my suggestions on how to deal with them.

First of all started with common question of tell me about yourself and resume. then little technical and then interpersonal skills more. After that how to deal with situations like your are posed wrong when you are right kind of stuff.
