The interview process consisted of two rounds. Both rounds were very straightforward and well-structured, with clear questions and expectations. The interviewers were professional and made the experience smooth and easy to follow. Overall, the process was efficient, transparent, and respectful of my time.

One 30 minute video interview with a client service case study and a typing test. Followed up by a 15 minute interview where there was some general background questions before a job was offered.
