Initial phone screen that lasted 30 min.
In-person interview broken into 3 parts:
-WHO
-Cultural fit
-Client roleplay
Overall, it lasted less than 2 hours.
Nothing out of the ordinary aside from the Client roleplay, which can put you on the spot depending on if you are experienced with dealing with customers.

In-person interview -3 rounds

2. Culture interview (Assessing if you're a good fit for the team)

Stage 2 - In person interview with department head and team member focused on resume.
Stage 3 - Half hour cultural fit interview.
Stage 4 - panel interview with 3 team members whereby 3 mock client scenarios were presented with response required by the interviewee.
