It was a long process- recruiting screen, hiring manager interview, then three team member interviews. After all of those I was asked to do an unpaid assignment where I could choose between 3 prompts. I was to send in my presentation deck then do a 45 min presentation to the team. A week after sending my presentation I received a generic email from the recruiter saying they were not moving forward with me and I didn’t get a chance to speak to my deck. I asked for feedback and they said they were not able to provide anything.
